A note from your counselor
I became a counselor because I believe every person deserves a space where they can finally exhale. Since earning my license in 2019 and opening Welcome Home Wellness in 2022, I've had the privilege of walking alongside people through some of their hardest seasons.
I specialize in trauma and brain health, and I'm certified in Brainspotting — a powerful approach that works with the brain's natural capacity to heal. Whether you're coming in for weekly sessions or a focused intensive, my goal is the same: to help you feel at home in your own life again.
"The body keeps the score, but the spirit writes the ending."
How we work together
Hourly sessions designed to fit your life. We accept insurance and offer self-pay rates because consistent support shouldn't be a luxury. Meet weekly, bi-weekly or whatever rhythm works for you.
For those who've tried weekly therapy and felt like they weren't getting far enough, fast enough. Intensives offer extended, focused time to go deeper, available at both locations or as a healing retreat at Orange Beach.
Where we meet
Alabama
Individual sessions and intensives in the heart of Alabama. Convenient, welcoming, and close to home.
Gulf Coast, Alabama
For locals and those traveling for a healing intensive. The Gulf Coast setting creates a natural space for deep, restorative work.

Reaching out is the hardest part. This call is just a conversation, a chance to ask questions, share what you're going through, and see if working together feels right. No obligation, no pressure.
